Value + trust + empathy = success.

In this rapidly changing world, we believe there are two principles for organizational success: human-centered design and simplicity.

We select projects and team members who understand the power of kindness and designing solutions that have a positive, social impact. In addition, simplicity provides focus and clarity - stripping out the unnecessary complexities.

Case Study: Developing a Culture of Wellbeing for Supply Chain Workers

employee health and wellness + EVALUATION + STRATEGIC PLANNING

Mission-focused organizations understand the value of creating cultures of health and wellbeing for their workforce. It is especially important in the supply chain industries where employees typically have long work hours, with repetitive job responsibilities. By going beyond compliance to invest and add value to the lives of the workers, employers reap the benefits of a more engaged and healthy staff. We assembled a team that included a senior project manager, data advisor, and a university Subject Matter Expert to design and implement a wellbeing health status questionnaire and based on the results, create a wellbeing strategy and implementation plan.
